With several years of supervisory experience in APA-accredited training sites, Dr. Neale provides supervision and consultation to psychologists and psychiatrists in training and in practice.

Dr. Neale and his practice approaches supervision in much the same way they do therapy. Grandview’s supervisory orientation includes multicultural, relational psychodynamic, and developmental models. With mutual curiosity and respect, utilizing a relational model of supervision allows for examination of the supervisory relationship. This supervisor / supervisee collaboration often mirrors in many ways the supervisee’s relationship with their own patients discussed during supervision. Dr. Neale prefers to meet with supervisees weekly in order to stay abreast of current patient load, signing of notes, and case consultation.
