Grandview Therapy and Consulting was founded by psychologist Dr. Benjamin Neale. Dr Neale’s pronouns are he, him, his. He is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Colorado. He earned both his Masters of Arts (M.A.) and Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) from the APA-accredited California School of Professional Psychology San Francisco at Alliant University. Additionally, He holds a Masters of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in Student Development and Pupil Services with an emphasis in Social Justice. Dr Neale completed his predoctoral internship at the Indiana University Counseling and Psychological Services in Bloomington, IN and his postdoctoral hours at the University of Illinois Chicago Counseling Center in Chicago, IL.

Dr. Neale previously provided clinical services in a number of setting including: university counseling centers, integrated medical settings, community mental health centers, and long-term care facilities. In these settings, he has provided treatment to individuals across the age spectrum and at various life stages.

Aside from providing psychological services, as an educator and group facilitator Dr. Neale has led retreats, workshops, and semester-long courses on topics including social justice, inclusion and equity.  His unique knowledge and skill set provides experience working with diverse groups. From non-profit organizations, to schools and for-profit companies, he works with groups to increase intergroup communication across differences. Dr. Neale emphasizes learning through dialogue and experiential activities.
